M484GCS Version 9.0 Released

Ok, Version 9.0 has now been released and the download links have been updated. :)

This version fixes that awful Win8 full screen crash bug, and lots of other bugs too...and also there are some new features such as the "Oops-button" and a few new Test Room options...and also I changed the program License to Zlib.

A bigger announcement post on IndieDB should appear soon, so I won't repeat myself too much here, and as usual all the details can be found in the Version History text file.
